WHEN the MASSAGE is NOT SUITABLE?

If you have any medical conditions (high blood pressure, preeclampsia, diabetes, heart disease, or other risks associated with pregnancy), always consult your doctor about the appropriateness of massage or exercise.

Massage is also not suitable during an ongoing illness.

HOW ABOUT PAYMENT?

You can pay by QR code or cash.

We will send you a tax receipt by e-mail after the massage. Most health insurance companies reimburse massage during pregnancy as part of their bonus programs.

HOW CAN I GET TO YOU?

The easiest way to reach us is by public transport. The Vodičkova tram stop is just a few metres from the studio entrance. The nearest metro stations are Můstek, Národní třída, and Karlovo náměstí, all approximately a 10-minute walk away.

If you are arriving by car, parking is available in the surrounding streets. Parking zones apply, and payment can be made through apps such as PID Lítačka.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL THE MASSAGE? 

If you are sick or on your way to the maternity hospital, please let me know as soon as possible (text or call) so that we can offer the appointment to other women.

In case you have to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the appointment, we will ask for a CANCELLATION FEE of 50% of the ordered service (does not apply to prenatal and postpartum massages

SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY?

Please arrive for the massage at the agreed time.

If you arrive early, you can use the seating area in front of the studio. We will be preparing a massage and refreshments for you in between, so please have a moment.

If you know you will be late, no problem, just please call or text.

We do not have a bell in the massage room so that you are not disturbed during the massage.
