ABOUT US

We enjoy caring for women

KLÁRA (ENG)

midwife

Combining midwifery and physiotherapy has always been my dream. I find working with women and caring for them during pregnancy, after childbirth, and beyond to be very fulfilling.

As part of my studies and work, I have attended many professional courses and conferences on prenatal preparation, massage, physiotherapy, and lactation counseling. I always try to provide women with comprehensive care so that the physical and mental aspects of their bodies are in harmony.

I currently work as a midwife in one of Prague’s maternity hospitals. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, swimming, and spending time with my 10 turtles.

KATKA (ENG)

certified doula, and lactation consultant

I am a mother of two daughters, and my journey to becoming a doula began thanks to my own births. During my births, I was fortunate enough to experience the support of a doula who was by my side not only during labor, but also during the postpartum period. It was this experience that awakened in me the desire to offer women the same care and support.

For six years now, I have been accompanying women on their unique journey through motherhood—during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My priority is to listen and adapt to the individual needs of each woman so that she feels truly cared for. Working with the body is an important part of caring for women for me, which is why I decided to also devote myself to pregnancy massage.

Monika

specialist in pregnancy massage and certified doula

I am the mother of three wonderful sons. Their arrivals into the world and our first moments together are some of the most beautiful moments of my life and also my motivation for supporting other women on their own journey through motherhood.

I found my life’s passion in pregnancy massages—gentle, loving care that helps women relax their bodies and minds, connect with their babies, and slow down in a time that passes so quickly.

In 2021, I joined the Duly na Bulovce project. A few days a month, you can find me at the Bulovka maternity hospital, where I try to help women make childbirth as pleasant an experience as possible for them.

NIKOL

midwife, lactation consultant, and babywearing instructor

I am the mother of a one-year-old boy. After studying midwifery, I cared for women after childbirth in the postnatal ward. Although I then took a different path for a while and devoted myself to education, the birth of my son reawakened my desire to be close to women.

The touch, calmness, and support I experienced myself during pregnancy massages inspired me so much that I decided to share these moments with other women and expanded my education with a course in massage for pregnant women.

I offer not only the professional knowledge of a midwife, but also the empathy of a woman who knows what it’s like. Whether you need physical relief, breastfeeding support, or advice on how to safely carry your baby, I am here for you.

LADa

massage therapist specializing in relaxation massage

I am a mother of two adult children and have been practicing massage for more than 5 years. During my work, I have gradually educated myself in sports, relaxation, lymphatic, and pregnancy massage, as well as Breuss therapy and fascial techniques, so that I can offer care tailored to each woman.

I currently work as a nurse in a maternity ward, where I have the opportunity to be close to women during pregnancy and after childbirth on a daily basis. This experience has taught me how important it is for women to feel support, understanding, and tender care. That is why I decided to also focus on pregnancy massage.

In my free time, I like to recharge my batteries by going for walks in nature and practicing yoga.
